We have recently completed one facility and have two communities under construction:


Palomino Place, Mesquite, TX

Palomino Place is a 120-bed, 54,762 square-foot skilled nursing facility located in the expanding suburb of Mesquite in eastern Dallas County.  The 5.3-acre site is within 6 miles of 4 hospitals having 332 beds, including 202-bed Dallas Regional Medical Center Mesquite, 20-bed Mesquite Rehabilitation Hospital, 40-bed Mesquite Specialty Hospital and 70-bed Texas Regional Medical Center Sunnyvale.  Mesquite features 60 private occupancy resident rooms and 30 semi-private occupancy rooms, all with private baths and kitchenettes.  It also includes a formal living area with a fireplace, library, chapel, beauty salon, two neighborhood cafes, a courtyard and a large multi-disciplinary rehabilitation center.  Construction of Palomino Place completed in January 2017.

Carrara Continuing Care Center, Plano, TX

Carrara Continuing Care Center will be a 112-bed, 64,027 square-foot skilled nursing center located in the affluent city of Plano in southwest Collin County.  The 5.6-acre site is located within 2 miles of 3 neighboring hospitals.  The first being Medical Center of Plano located northeast of our site, a 492-bed hospital. Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano is just 2 miles west with 366 beds.  Then there is the 112-bed Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Plano adjacent to our facility.  Carrara will feature 96 private occupancy resident rooms and 8 semi-private occupancy rooms, all with private baths and kitchettes.  It will also include a formal living area with a fireplace, library, chapel, beauty salon, two neighborhood cafes, a courtyard and a large multi-disciplinary rehabilitation center.  Construction of Carrara began in February, 2016 and is expected to be completed in March, 2017.

Bonne Vie, Port Arthur, TX

Bonne Vie will be a 140-bed. 67,451 square-foot skilled nursing center located in the city of Port Arthur in Jefferson County.  The 5.395-acre site is located within .1 mile of The Medical Center of Southeast Texas, a 224-bed hospital.  Bonne Vie will feature 80 private occupancy resident rooms and 30 semi-private occupancy rooms, all with private baths and kitchettes.  It will also include a formal living area with a fireplace, library, chapel, beauty salon, two neighborhood cafes, multiple courtyards and a large multi-disciplinary rehabilitation center.  Construction of Bonne Vie began in January, 2017 and is expected to be completed in December, 2017.
