We have completed one community with two currently under construction:


Windemere at Westover Hills, San Antonio, TX

Windemere at Westover Hills is a 112-bed, 63,956 square-foot continuing care center located in a rapidly growing suburb of northwest San Antonio.  The 5.592-acre site is adjacent to Christus Santa Rosa Westover Hills, a 150-bed hospital.  The South Texas Medical Center district, located northeast of the facility, includes 12 major hospital systems and over 4,200-beds.  Windemere features 96 private occupancy resident rooms and 8 semi-private occupancy rooms, all with private baths.  It also includes a formal living area with fireplace, library, chapel, amenities shop, beauty salon, two neighborhood cafes, two courtyards and a large multi-disciplinary rehabilitation center.  Construction of Windemere completed in April, 2016.

Palomino Place, Mesquite, TX

Palomino Place will be a 120-bed, 54,762 square-foot skilled nursing facility located in the expanding suburb of Mesquite in eastern Dallas County.  The 5.3-acre site is within 6 miles of 4 hospitals having 332 beds, including 202-bed Dallas Regional Medical Center Mesquite, 20-bed Mesquite Rehabilitation Hospital, 40-bed Mesquite Specialty Hospital and 70-bed Texas Regional Medical Center Sunnyvale.  Mesquite will feature 60 private occupancy resident rooms and 30 semi-private occupancy rooms, all with private baths and kitchenettes.  It will also include a formal living area with a fireplace, library, chapel, beauty salon, two neighborhood cafes, a courtyard and a large multi-disciplinary rehabilitation center.  Construction of Mesquite began in April, 2015 and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2016.

Carrara, Plano, TX

Carrara will be a 112-bed, 64,027 square-foot skilled continuing care center located in the affluent city of Plano in southwest Collin County.  The 5.6-acre site is located within miles of 3 neighboring hospitals.  The first being Medical Center of Plano located northeast of our site, a 492-bed hospital. Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano is just 2 miles west with 366 beds.  Then there is the 112-bed Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Plano adjacent to our facility.  Carrara will feature 96 private occupancy resident rooms and 8 semi-private occupancy rooms, all with private baths and kitchettes.  It will also include a formal living area with a fireplace, library, chapel, beauty salon, two neighborhood cafes, a courtyard and a large multi-disciplinary rehabilitation center.  Construction of Carrara began in February, 2016 and is expected to be completed in the January, 2017.
