We currently have one recently completed community and three communities under construction as follows:

Larkspur, Lufkin, TX

Larkspur is a 120-bed, 60,764 square-foot transitional care center located in Lufkin, Texas.  Larkspur replaced the 92-bed Stoneleigh Estates skilled nursing facility that was operated by Cantex since 1978. The 5.07-acre site is located on the east side of South John Redditt Drive and the south side of Westgate Lane in the City of Lufkin. Two hospitals are within 1 mile from the site totaling 420-beds, including 149-bed Woodland Heights Medical Center and 271-bed Memorial Health System of East Texas.  Larkspur features 60 private occupancy resident rooms and 30 semi-private occupancy rooms, all with private baths.  It also includes a formal living area with fireplace, a library, a chapel, an amenities shop, a beauty salon, two neighborhood cafes, two courtyards and a large multi-disciplinary rehabilitation center.  Construction of Larkspur was completed in April, 2013.

Bel Air at Teravista, Round Rock, TX

Bel Air at Teravista will be a 112-bed, 64,373 square-foot transitional care center located in Round Rock, Texas.  Situated in a rapidly growing suburb north of Austin, the  6.212-acre site is located within 6 miles of 3 hospitals having 430-beds, including 181-bed Seton Medical Center Williamson (with future plans to expand to 350-beds), 76-bed Scott & White Healthcare Round Rock and 173-bed Saint David’s Round Rock Medical Center.  Bel Air at Teravista will feature 96 private occupancy resident rooms and 8 semi-private occupancy rooms, all with private baths.  It will also include a formal living area with fireplace, a library, a chapel, an amenities shop, a beauty salon, two neighborhood cafes, two courtyards and a large multi-disciplinary rehabilitation center.  Construction of Bel Air at Teravista began in July, 2012 and is expected to be completed in July, 2013.

Coronado, San Antonio, TX

Coronado will be a 112-bed, 63,838 square-foot transitional care center located in north San Antonio, Texas.  Situated in the affluent planned community of Stone Oak, the 13.78-acre site is located within approximately 2 miles of 2 hospitals having 400-beds, including 268-bed North Central Baptist Hospital and 132-bed Methodist Stone Oak Hospital.  Coronado will feature 96 private occupancy resident rooms and 8 semi-private occupancy rooms, all with private baths.  It will also include a formal living area with fireplace, a library, a chapel, an amenities shop, a beauty salon, two neighborhood cafes, three courtyards and a large multi-disciplinary rehabilitation center.  Construction of Coronado began in August, 2012 and is expected to be completed in August, 2013.

The Broadmoor at Creekside Park, The Woodlands, TX

The Broadmoor at Creekside Park will be a 112-bed, 64,694 square-foot transitional care center located north of Houston in the prosperous planned community of The Woodlands, TX.  The 5.277-acre site is located within approximately 6 miles of 3 hospitals having 432-beds, including 252-bed Memorial Hermann Woodlands Hospital, 150-bed St. Luke’s Woodlands Hospital and 30-bed St. Luke’s Lakeside Hospital.  The Broadmoor at Creekside Park will feature 96 private occupancy resident rooms and 8 semi-private occupancy rooms, all with private baths.  It will also include a formal living area with fireplace, a library, a chapel, an amenities shop, a beauty salon, two neighborhood cafes, three courtyards and a large multi-disciplinary rehabilitation center.  Construction of The Broadmoor at Creekside Park began in February, 2013 and is expected to be completed in January, 2014.
